The Mazda California Disaster Relief Assistance Program is good towards the purchase or lease of any new 2025 or 2026 Mazda vehicle for customers in the eligible markets whose vehicle was damaged or deemed a total loss due to the significant flooding events in December, 2025. No cash value. Offer may be combined with other public offers including but not limited to Customer Cash, Lease and APR incentives. Disaster Relief Assistance can also be combined with the Mazda Owner Loyalty incentive and Military program. Must be a U.S. resident. Limit one discount per customer per vehicle. Mazda Cash Back Form must be completely filled out and the contract or buyers order must be attached. Proof of eligibility and residency required and a copy of vehicle's insurance claim form or insurance adjuster provided letter on a letterhead indicating damage and/or total loss due to flooding within the date range of 12/24/2025 through 12/31/2025 should be submitted with the form.
